Can I cancel any time?

Your membership commitment is for a minimum of 2 wine deliveries. After that you can cancel your membership at any time. If you wish to cancel your membership prior to your second delivery, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. This $100 exit fee is to recoup the cost of your discounted wine.

I have had 2 deliveries, how do I cancel?

Simply send an email request to and we will suspend your subscription.

I am going on holiday, can I postpone delivery?

Yes, of course. In the event that you will be on holiday please email to arrange an alternative delivery date. Your credit card will still be charged for your wine.

Will I be notified before each delivery?

Absolutely! We will send you an email before you are charged to notify you of your upcoming delivery and allow you time to change your wine selection, if desired.

Can I change my wine selection?

Yes! In your customer account you will be able to change your wine selection. You cannot change the quantity of wines.

How do I change my delivery address?

Moving house? We feel for you. Fortunately, changing your delivery address in our customer portal is extremely simple in the ‘Addresses’ tab.
